Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use (the "End User License Agreement" or "EULA") govern the use of the Prism, Subscription Manager app ("Prism", "app", "we"). By downloading or using Prism, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

ℹ️ Summary: Prism is free with ads. Prism Pro is an auto-renewing subscription that removes ads and unlocks advanced features. You can cancel anytime in your Apple ID Settings.

License to use

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use Prism on the Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple's App Store Terms of Use. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app.

Prism Pro subscription

  • Name: Prism Pro (Monthly).
  • Duration: auto-renewing monthly subscription.
  • Price: the amount shown on the purchase screen inside the app, in your region's currency. The price is confirmed by you at the time of purchase.
  • Renewal: the subscription renews automatically for the same period unless cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Billing: the renewal charge occurs within the 24 hours before the end of the current period, on your Apple ID account.

Management and cancellation

The subscription is managed by Apple. You can view, change, or cancel it at any time in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad. Cancellation stops future renewals; Pro access remains until the end of the period already paid for. There are no refunds for partial periods, per Apple's policy.

Payments

All payments are processed by Apple via the App Store. We have no access to your card or payment method data. Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com.

Privacy

Your use of Prism is also subject to our Privacy Policy. Your subscription data is stored locally on your device.

Disclaimer of warranties

Prism is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. It is a personal organization tool and does not constitute financial advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into the app.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The latest version will always be on this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
